Short description
Wi1 is scientifically supporting the "Next Big Thing" project of UVEX SAFETY GROUP GmbH & Co. KG. The aim of the project is to design a work organisation in the areas of people, methods and business processes within the next year in such a way that radical innovations are fundamentally possible. Based on the joint previous experience from the "SmartHaPSSS" project, the chair can provide scientific support for the project. The scientific support focuses on the methodological and conceptual support of the project processes and content as well as an accompanying evaluation of the individual work steps, which enables a qualitative assessment of the implemented measures and a comparison of the development over time. On the one hand, the methodological and conceptual support of the project processes and content regularly provides impetus for the conception and implementation as well as for the achievement of the strategic goals of UVEX SAFETY GROUP GmbH & Co. KG.
Scientific Abstract
Der Wi1 begleitet das Projekt „Next Big Thing“ der UVEX SAFETY GROUP GmbH & Co. KG wissenschaftlich. Ziel des Projektes ist es, innerhalb des nächsten Jahres eine Arbeitsorganisation in den Bereichen Mensch, Methode und Unternehmensprozess so zu gestalten, dass radikale Innovationen grundsätzlich möglich werden. Auf Basis der gemeinsamen Vorerfahrungen aus dem Projekt „SmartHaPSSS“ kann der Lehrstuhl das Projekt wissenschaftlich begleiten. Im Mittelpunkt der wissenschaftlichen Begleitung steht die methodisch-konzeptionelle Unterstützung der Projektabläufe und -inhalte sowie eine begleitende Evaluation der einzelnen Arbeitsschritte, die eine qualitative Bewertung der umgesetzten Maßnahmen und einen Vergleich der Entwicklung im Zeitverlauf ermöglicht. Zum einen werden durch die methodisch-konzeptionelle Unterstützung der Projektabläufe und -inhalte regelmäßig Impulse sowohl für die Konzeption und Umsetzung als auch für die Erreichung der strategischen Ziele der UVEX SAFETY GROUP GmbH & Co. KG gegeben.
