Short description

The overall objective of the project is to raise the level of professionalism among public sector staff in their communication and interaction with their clients:
• Building trust and confidence
• Improving understanding.
• Providing support
• Fostering equality
• Enhancing the client experience.

Split into five work packages, the consortium will develop Guidelines for age-sensitive interaction and communication with clients, a Resource Pack for age-sensitive Communication, an interactive e-platform and mobile applications. They will be pilot tested and validated before the production of final versions. A series of dissemination and promotion activities will accompany the project and will render the outcomes available until at least 2030.
