Admissible Robust nodal control (C03) (TRR 154)

The focus lies on the development of a mathematical theory for optimal control problems with hyperbolic PDEs and stochastic boundary data. We will provide a reasonable framework for the system dynamics, develop objective functions motivated by applications, prove the existence of optimal controls and provide necessary optimality conditions and sensitivity results for the optimal value functions. We will study networks with 1D space variables and with control action that is concentrated in a relatively small number of parts of the network.
