This paper presents a low-latency, real-time volumetric reconstruction system for interactive and dynamic stage productions. The system captures and fuses depth data with a flexible array of depth cameras, generating a unified three dimensional point cloud of an entire stage thus realizing simultaneous full-body real-time reconstruction of multiple performers. Using a custom GPU-accelerated pipeline for voxelization and efficient data filtering and fusion, the system is optimized for low latency. Beyond its technical framework, the system is also intended as a foundational tool for artistic visualization of stage performances. The preliminary results show stable performance, robust occlusion handling, and allow a wide range of motion for performers in dynamic stage productions.
