Fiber-reinforced plastics (FRP) enable the manufacturing of extremely lightweight yet stiff products. However, their production processes are complex and prone to variations that can lead to significant deformations. This paper therefore presents a framework that enables the simulation of FRP manufacturing from single part to assembly while considering variations and their influence on product quality (e.g. form tolerances or max. stresses).
