This paper presents several unpublished artifacts belonging to zoomorphic art, characteristic of the
Cucuteni culture, phase A3, identified following surface research carried out on the Stăuceni-Holm site (Botoșani County). At present, the site is strongly affected by agricultural works, an aspect that brings to the surface numerous archaeological materials.Starting in 2020, a series of artifacts were collected from the site. The artefacts analyzed on this occasion consist of ceramic objects modeled in the form of zoomorphic statuettes, animal horns, as well as protomes representing cattle heads. The study aims to morphologically classify these artifacts, along with identifying recurring themes and interpreting possible meanings in the spiritual and social context of the Copper Age. The results highlight both the diversity of plastic expressions and a series of regional elements that can contribute to a more nuanced understanding of Eneolithic figurative art in northeastern Romania. This contribution is part of the effort to update the Cucuteni iconographic repertoire and integrate new discoveries into contemporary archaeological discourse.
