The method of time-frame-based analysis was transferred from railway technology to the automotive industry and further developed for use in passenger car drives. With new components such as lines of constant time-frame frequency, the significance of individual load cases as part of the lifetime load can be more easily derived and assessed amidst increasing data volume.
