Abstract

Within this work the fundamentals for a computer assisted system for the design of complex actuator systems for laser beam adjustment were developed. The investigations focused on the development of algorithms and assessment criteria for a multi-objective optimization of these actuator systems by a genetic algorithm. The fast simulation by virtual thermal forces was researched for the assessment of the suitability of actuator systems for the adjustment task. The feasibility of such a system was demonstrated on an example design.
