Abstract

The book publishes selected papers from the 14th International Conference 2020 "THE A COATINGS" (19th - 20th November 2020, Nuremberg, Germany). The conference was focussed on coatings and research regarding coatings in different fields. Articles describe the results of research and development deposition process technologies, new coatings, surface properties, tribology, numerical simulation and modeling as well as the application of coatings for tools and products.
