In information theory—as well as in the adjacent fields of statistics, geometry, machine learning and artificial intelligence—it is important to solve high-dimensional optimization problems on directed distances (divergences), under very non-restrictive (e.g. non-convex) constraints. Such a task can be comfortably achieved by the new dimension-free bare (pure) simulation method of [6, 7]. In the present paper, we give some new insightful details on one cornerstone of this approach.
