Abstract
Development of an Approach for the Redesign of the Management Systems in Production. Industry 4.0 and digitalization make decentralized decisions and short control loops possible. However, rigid, hierarchical organizational structures dominate in companies, opposing decentralization in a complementary way. Agile structures and new management systems in production are needed to be able to exploit this potential in the future. It requires an approach that enables digital, agile production management and complements lean leadership.
