Abstract
In the framework of digitalisation rapid growing quantity of measured data in the electric energy system is available. The methodical evaluation and utilisation of this data pool for grid planning can take place only automated. In this contribution public available data of the German transmission grid is checked for plausibility and adequacy, furthermore the weak points during the determination of the data and the preconditions are discussed. Based on an example, the method of time series analysis is demonstrated and explained in order to utilise the data for the prediction of future situations respectively development ofthe system.
