Abstract

Company health management is often not established in small and medium-sized companies. For the meaningful implementation of associated content and processes, know-how would have to be built up and resources needed to be invested that often do not exist. As part of the "RegioKMUnet" research and development project, a concept was developed on its basis SMEs can get to health management more easily and efficiently.
