“Directive for the Funding of Support for School Authorities in Organizational Development Processes related to
the Digital Transformation in Education (OE_Struktur).”
Focusing on (1) organizational development and (2) transfer-related activities, the meta-project pursues the following goals: (1) to examine, understand, and describe how the projects’ support contributes to the organizational development of school authorities (practice partners) within the digital transformation of education. The main research interest lies in cross-project phenomena within the communication and cooperation practices between project staff and practice partners, as well as across the projects as a whole. The complexity of the data collection settings and actor constellations, combined with the focus on cross-project phenomena, makes situational analysis (drawing on grounded theory methodology) an appropriate research approach for the meta-project.
A further goal of the meta-research is (2) to stimulate cross-project networking and knowledge-sharing activities, and to outline scaling and sustainability on the part of the school authorities. Over the course of the project, all participants will have the opportunity, within workshops based on initial research findings, to reflect on networking and knowledge exchange beyond their concrete project practices. In the context of reflective dialogues with project partners, insights on scaling and sustainability will be generated.
The meta-project links the perspectives of the funding directive, the projects developed within its framework, and the practice partners, in order to address questions of organizational development and transfer involving school authorities as key partners in the digital transformation of the education sector.
