Studies in Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science at the FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
Doctoral research in theoretical physics (bio/computer physics) in the PULS group of Prof. Smith.
Currently postdoc in the group for Computational PhotoChemistry (CPC) of Prof. Müller at the Computational Chemistry Center (CCC) and member of the CRC ChemPrint.

Research focus on stochastic modelling of complex systems from various fields:

  • Grid structure of epoxy and generally polymer networks
  • Growth and structuring processes of biological cell colonies
  • Density independent stratification of biological cells
  • Molecular electron systems
