It contains information on the following policy instruments: Grants Tax incentives (rebates, exemptions, deductions) Fee decreases or exemptions Feebates or bonus/malus schemes Soft loans Tenders with additional financial support Bans Carbon taxes Emissions trading systems (cap and trade)
