Abstract

More and more frequency bands as well as receiver ports are integrated in a single silicon device. This is caused by the rapid development of cellular technologies towards highly integrated multimode transceivers capable of worldwide interoperability in multiple frequency bands. For ensuring highest quality standards in customer delivery, accurate testing and characterization of all these ports is essential. However, the high volume testing becomes increasingly more time consuming due to the number of ports and the respective tester interface PCB (printed circuit board) design. This paper demonstrates a feasible way to increase throughput by higher multisite efficiency with sharing one internal RF-source by using pogo cross-talk.
