Short description

This cooperation between the Chair of Hardware/Software Co-Design of FAU and AUDI AG focuses on the investigation of concepts of upcoming Ethernet standards,
their application in the automotive domain and their exploration and optimization wirt respect to topology, dimensioning and parametrisation.

Scientific Abstract

In diesem INI.FAU-Projekt zwischen der Audi AG und dem Lehrstuhl für Informatik 12 (Hardware- Software-Co-Design) der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg werden Konzepte zukünftiger Ethernet-Standards evaluiert und für den Einsatz im Fahrzeug, d.h. in Topologie, Dimensionierung und Parametrierung hinsichtlich der Kriterien Zeitverhalten und Verfügbarkeit exploriert und optimiert.
