Laser micro adjustment is a very versatile and flexible technique for contact free and high accuracy positioning of single components or of systems which already are in assembled state. In this thesis, a novel process concept is investigated by theoretical and experimental research which is based on ultrashort laser pulses and therefore does not rely on thermal effects like all currently known and established laser forming methods.
