Abstract

In an e-mail from April 17, 2023 Eduardo Antonio Molinari-Novoa drew our attention to the fact that the new combination Zorniella obscura is invalid as a result of the fact that no express reference is made (cf. art. 41.5 of the International Code of Nomenclature for algae, fungi, and plants) to the original page and illustration in the article by Senowbari-Daryan and Di Stefano (2001). In order to rectify this mistake, we publish again the text of the note with the respective specification.
