Abstract

The German automotive industry is facing a radical change with regard to electromobility. The R & D departments of the established players are under great pressure to maintain their technological leadership. This article shows how a suitable set of key performance indicators can be developed for controlling the operational R & D process. The presented method is validated at a machine and plant manufacturer in the field of electromobility, the GROB-WERKE GmbH & Co. KG in Mindelheim.
