Abstract

Based on the diagnosis of new software development methodologies, this paper examines the research question, if these new approaches are leading towards more diversity regarding this strongly masculine dominated field or if they foster the reproduction of gender stereotypes in a new way. Therefore, we suggest a five step analytical concept. We examine the roles of feel-good management as well as persons in charge of agile processes empirically referring to our research question.
