Abstract

This paper describes a circuit for CM/DM separation of a three-phase system. The method is applied on the load side of an inverter using current probes. In order to obtain reliable measurement results, a separation set-up is build that can be inserted into a given system. The performed characterisation of this set-up is important in order to judge the measured values. After the verification of the separation performance, measurements demonstrate the utility of the set-up.
