Abstract

In the original article,1 the quality factors were calculated incorrectly. In the second full paragraph on page 071903-4, the corrected relevant statements are as follows: “We also observe the lowest quality factors (Q 7) for peaks near the microsphere contact resonance, despite low group velocities.” and “In contrast, the quality factors for the observed spheroidal resonances are higher, with Q 16.” No results or conclusions are affected by this error.
