Abstract

Im Mai ist das Sonderheft 11 (2018, hrsg. v. Harald Baum, Moritz Bälz und Marc Dernauer) der Zeitschrift für Japanisches Recht (Journal of Japanese Law) anlässlich des 20-jährigen Bestehens der Zeitschrift erschienen. Die dort abgedruckten Beiträge beschäftigen sich mit dem Thema der Informationspflichten im deutschen und japanischen Zivilrecht.

Ich selbst habe den einleitenden Beitrag zu den ökonomischen Grundlagen der Informationspflichten "Information and Disclosure Duties from a Law-and-Economics Perspective - A Primer" beigesteuert.
