Abstract

Similarity studies of DNA sequences using 2D-dynamic graphs are performed. The orientation of the graphs in 2D-space is proposed as a descriptor. Mass overlaps and comparison of the positions of the graphs are proposed as similarity measures of pairs of sequences. (C) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
