New examples of ionic liq.-ionic liq. biphasic systems are presented and their phase compn. was detd. The synthesis of the target compds. had been achieved previously (ionic liqs.) and in this study, two ionic liqs. [i.e., 3-ethyl-1-methyl-1H-imidazolium Et sulfate [C2mim][EtOSO3] and Methyltrioctylammonium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide [N1888][NTf2]] were mixed with THF, 1-hexene and 1-octene, resp.
