Short description

Depending on the process conditions the consideration of the cyclic hardening behavior in the numerical design of sheet metal forming processes can lead to a significant improvement in the model performance. Within the framework of this research project, the process-specific necessity of kinematic hardening models is investigated using a laboratory process. The transferability of the test results is furthermore evaluated for a serial process. One focus of this research project is the improvement of the prediction quality by the implementation of strain and directional dependent parameter sets. In addition, the preliminary evaluation of complex series processes is realized by the further development of a load change indicator.
