Abstract (technical / expert description):

This project explores natural language processing techniques for the semi-automatic analysis of open questions in market research. Its main components are the identification of key topics using a text clustering approach, sentiment analysis for the detection of positive, negative or neutral polarity, and an interactive visualization of the analysis results. The final result of the project is a robust and language-independent software implementation.
