Dr. Julia Jonas

Julia M. Jonas is Postdoctoral Researcher at the
Institute for Information Systems of the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. Her
research is in service innovation, with a special focus on service systems,
stakeholder integration and prototyping for digital solutions. Julia Jonas
graduated from Karlstad University with a major in Service Management and looks
back at 4 years of practical experience as a project manager in Open
Innovation. In projects and teaching, she is addressing open and
interdisciplinary innovation as well as service innovation and service design; Julia
is a guest researcher at the Cambridge Service Alliance and a guest lecturer at
Uppsala University and Salzburg University of Applied Science. She has
published in international academic journals and engages in the activities of
innovation and management conferences.
