Description:

The focus is on the design and acceptance of digital work systems. Digital technologies are used to automate processes and tasks, changing the way people work. In this project focus, we investigate how digital technologies change different work systems (e.g. software development, financial consulting, recruitment, etc.) and which aspects promote or hinder the acceptance of digital work systems.
