The Senate of the Lithuanian Sports University (LSU) decided by decision of 13.02.2013 to honor Mr. Rütten by the award of the "Doctor Honoris Causa", for his outstanding contribution to the development of the Lithuanian policy regarding health-promoting physical activity, institutional "capacity building" The academic and academic internationalization of the Lithuanian sports university. The entire ISS is pleased with this international recognition of our research and development on "capacity building".
